Piccadilly Circus, London
My last day in London consisted of doing touristy shoots and eating donuts. It was quite early on a Sunday morning, but I managed to get myself together, popped on the motorcycle, and headed to Piccadilly Circus to take these photos.
When we reached the downtown portion of the city we had to find parking which is literally impossible to do without having to pay an arm and a leg to do. Luckily for me, the parking spot wasn't very far from Piccadilly Circus . Getting around London on a motorbike is much easier than any other form of transportation and definitely a lot cheaper.
We ended up at on Glasshouse Street at Donuts and Baguette downing quite a lot more donuts than shown here. There was a huge selection of extremely fresh donuts (for a reasonable price as well) and loads of sandwiches
After I had my donut (s) .... *hehe* and latte I headed across the street and admired the view of the nearly empty Piccadilly. My photographer and I got set up and we started taking photos. It was definitely an experience for me even though I've had a fair share of visits here before because it's so rare to see this part of London nearly empty and quiet. It was, in a way, surreal.
If you plan to take nice photos in London with the curve of Piccadilly Circus I would suggest you wake up early and take some memorable pictures. If you arrive there later then it will become very busy and people will keep walking in front of you and your photographer the whole time. If you arrive early then you won't have loads of cars and buses in your photos too.
Overall, I thought it was a fun place to take photos and spend my last day in London. :)
